What is QUICK SHIP?

We stock many of our child recliners in our Kennett, MO warehouse.  We do this because many kid furniture manufacturers make their chairs on demand.  These same manufacturers can take weeks or even a month or more to get your chair made and shipped.

We've found that most of our customers prefer to get their chairs right away.  Preordering our chairs and warehousing them is the only solution that gets you your chair immediately.

Real-time Information

In addition, our warehouse uses a real-time shipping system that reports stock status information right to our web site.  At the bottom right of each item's detailed information page you'll see a message detailing how long it will take for that item to ship.  If it says "Ships in 48 hours,"*** then you can be assurred that the item is in stock and will ship out right away.

*** News Flash: We recently opened a second warehouse.  This warehouse has the ability to ship products in 1 business day, so you'll now see "Ships in 24 hours" on many of our products!  Order one of these products and it will be on it's way to you the next business day.

What about Non-Quick-Ship items?

Items that are not quick ship items usually ship from the manufacturer.  We've tracked every chair we've ever ordered from these vendors.  Our real time information system uses average delivery times from these past orders to estimate when non-quick-ship items will ship.

In addition, our customer service staff continually monitors orders placed with manufacturers and presses them to get orders out, when necessary.  If you're ever concerned with your shippment, give us a call.  We're happy to find out exactly where your shipment stands.  Fortunately, it's usually not necessary, as we email our customers as order status changes to keep you informed.
